Every Employee was Amazing. Some unfortunate circumstances led us here. We couldn't get on a booked cruise due to my 20 yr old not having their birth certificate. Like whooped pups we ended up here, and from beginning to end everyone (Especially Miss Carolynn, and Lou) made us feel like we were HOME. Dang Lou, evil genius😂. And Miss Carolynn, she's a gem! I'd give it 10 stars!!! I LOVE staying in a hotel, and in my travels, this will be remembered as one of my Favorites!

I loved everything about this hotel! It was my favorite experience that I’ve had so far. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was in perfect condition, everything felt very clean and good quality. The pool was amazing, we used it everyday and it was the highlight of the hotel. The breakfast area is very nice and I enjoyed having the complimentary tea/coffee at any moment. Great value

I liked how the desk receptionist was able to accommodate our request to upgrade one of the rooms after we realized that one of our choices was not as we expected. Thank you so much for being kind and understanding to our request

I have had an amazing experience at every Hampton, which is why I chose this hotel. Wonderful staff, clean, welcoming. I traveled with a friend who has high anxiety in hotels, and she felt safe here. Bonus: at breakfast I filled a water bottle in the water part of the juice machine, but it did not fit well because of the tray. A staff member saw, and when I came back with another water bottle she came over with a big smile and removed the tray to make it easier to fill. This was a tiny gesture that made a huge impact. Thank you for having amazing people.

Besides my answers above… having an option to rent newly released and older movies would have been a HUGE PLUS. However you having multiple premium movie channels was a big hit with me and my woman. The only big negative that that really bothered us was the CURTAINS! The do not close together completely for privacy. We were on the bottom floor in room 131. I had to physically overlap the curtains and push my shoes against the window on top of the air conditioner to keep them closed so no one with bad intentions could peek in at the middle of the night. This was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was pretty good. We saved a little money this morning. We didn’t have chance to take a dip in the pool because we only stayed one night. Overall this is a very nice hotel and we give you guys a 8.7out of 10. It would’ve been higher but those curtains have to be addressed.

We took advantage of their "Park and Sail" package for low cost shuttle to cruise port and free vehicle parking while we were on a 5 day cruise.

Our son is a Citadel cadet and was granted an overnight stay. We were able to make the reservation online, put incidentals on our card, and his check in was hassle free. He was able to use the laundry facility, grocery store next door, and had his best sleep in a long time. Thank you Hampton Inn for taking care of our son!

Location and the facility were lovely! Pool and patio areas were very comfortable. The entire hotel is decorated so beautifully! Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms, breakfast everything clean!

Breakfast was great. I did not expect it the change and variety in the food. It was a fresh and the lemon poppyseed scones were a big hit with everyone.
